General Overview

Communication integration is a solution provided by KOMCENTRA to enhance the efficiency of users who rely on multiple communication tools in their work. Through integrated communications, existing communication devices, such as radio, telephone, or intercom terminals, can be replaced with a single piece of equipment that controls all assigned communication channels.

Integration of Telephone and Radio Systems

The integration solution combines specialized hardware and software developed by KOMCENTRA. Depending on the integrated communication systems, suitable technical equipment is provided. This integration enables the use of communication tools with all their available functions. Additionally, the interconnected communication tools allow for other functionalities, such as monitoring all integrated telephone lines or continuous listening to multiple radio terminals from any workstation.

Touch Application Interface

The control and management of telephone, radio, and other types of communication are handled by the Touch application, which processes user requests easily via a touchscreen. Advanced functions of integrated tools are accessible in the application through specialized screens.
