INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS)
The INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (IMS) is a product designed to support the command and control (C2) operations of security forces. Developed with twenty years of experience in this field, it is a distributed security system that utilizes a robust application core, integrates customer systems, and supports client applications.
IS JITKA and IMS
IMS is a software solution using a three-layer architecture. Its core features include real-time operation, high customizability, advanced security, resilience to outages, and optimization for continuous operation. The system is based on a robust communication bus, relational databases, a set of server services, integration interfaces for connecting required systems, and an intuitive user interface tailored to the specific needs of the customer.
Management of Security Events
IMS manages and controls security events and incidents. It works with a list of independent incidents that proceed through their lifecycle completely asynchronously. Transitions between incident states in IMS can occur either manually (by dispatcher intervention) or automatically (based on information from external systems). Additionally, IMS enables categorizing incidents, suggesting incident types to the dispatcher based on acquired data, and displaying defined resolution procedures based on the type and status of the incident.
Support for Operational Command
IMS supports the decision-making and command processes of security personnel throughout the resolution of each incident. It allows for operational management of Forces and Resources throughout the incident's resolution, monitors and displays the location and status of F&R both during and outside of incident handling. IMS facilitates the collection of all necessary data for managing a response, from the initial incident report to its handover to another workplace or system.
Reference Deployment
IS JITKA – Police of the Czech Republic
A reference deployment of the IMS is the IS JITKA police platform, which coordinates the various units of the Czech Police (PČR) and facilitates communication among the regional Integrated Operations Centers (IOS). The JITKA system operates continuously and is used by over 250 operational officers across the Czech Republic for managing police actions, handling emergency calls to the 158 line, and coordinating police Forces and Resources (F&R).
