Dispatcher Workstations

The core of an integrated communication and control center is its personnel, particularly the dispatchers who operate on a 24/7 basis. Our systems are designed to provide maximum comfort and minimize unnecessary tasks. The dispatcher workstation is equipped with a computer, multiple monitors, a touchscreen display, an audio panel, a headset, a microphone, a keyboard, and a mouse. At least two monitors are dedicated to operational management applications, while the touchscreen display allows control of integrated communications. The workstation also features an adjustable desk and ergonomic chair, with internal network cabling and a technical compartment for the seamless integration of technology.

Integration of Communication Systems

The foundation of the integrated communication and control center is its communication systems, including telephone and radio networks. These systems are integrated in such a way that the dispatcher can use a single control panel for all communication tools. This integration allows existing communication equipment to be replaced with a single device that manages all available communication channels. Additionally, information from the communication systems is seamlessly connected with other applications used at the dispatcher workstation, enhancing dispatcher efficiency.

Operational Command

To support command and control operations for security forces, we utilize our proprietary software solution, the Incident Management System. Developed based on twenty years of experience, this distributed system records and manages security events. It offers map visualization of the security situation and the locations of monitored assets in the field. Furthermore, our system can be integrated with the customer's own software solution for operations management, allowing for broad integration of other components within the Integrated Communication and Control Center.
