2021

Information System for the Customs Administration Operational Center

Operational Center of the Czech Customs Administration

At the beginning of 2021, the new IS OPERA information system for the Customs Administration of the Czech Republic was launched. KOMCENTRA s.r.o. modernized the General Directorate of Customs' Operational Center by proposing potential optimizations in information technology, providing communication integration systems, and designing and implementing a new information system focused on operational management.

Mobile Operational Center for the Czech Police

Delivery of 10 mobile dispatch centers in portable cases. Each center includes an autonomous server unit with an antenna system, operator workstations, and transport cases. All cases have MIL-STD-810 certification.

Development of Integrated Operational Centers for the Czech Police

Integrated Operational Center for the Czech Police

Implementation of the project "Technology for Operational Management of the Operational Centers of the Czech Police," including the readiness for connection to the National Information System of the Czech Integrated Rescue System (IRS). The project included the delivery of technology for integrating telephone and radio communications and modernization of the technology for emergency call handling as part of the "Unified IS OR Level and Modernization of Technology for Emergency Call Reception by the Emergency Medical Services."
